X5 Power helps a site owner turn energy infrastructure into a source of income. We develop the energy strategy, organise implementation and provide ongoing operation alongside the client's team.

## Sites we work with
Our priority is stores, distribution centres and other sites supplying food, water, heat, transport and communications. We call these the fifth group. We also consider banks, schools, offices and homes according to their importance to people.

## What the owner receives
**First, an energy strategy.** We establish resource and maintenance costs, equipment condition and potential improvements. We select the first project and plan later stages.

**Then, implementation.** We agree on scope, equipment, contractors and the source of financing. We implement changes and check their performance in operation.

**Next, ongoing operation.** We act as co-pilot within delegated authority. We sustain results and extend the work across electricity, heat, water, ventilation, refrigeration, communications, transport, cleaning and robotics.

## Where income comes from
Opportunities depend on the site. Refrigeration heat may supply heating or hot water; on-site generation and flexible demand may contribute to the site's economics. Each solution is assessed and tested first.

Inversion aims for a positive cash result after associated costs, including equipment, maintenance, financing and participants' remuneration. The target timeline is assessed from site data.

## Payment
We earn alongside you: our remuneration depends on verified financial results. We agree on our share and the calculation method for each project.
